I contacted SWE about a trade. Gave them a description of my watch and which one I wanted. They sent me the label, I shipped and they reserved my watch. There was a miscommunication on my end but my sales associate Blake Dill recalled which watch I wanted to purchase and prevented it from being sold while my trade in was in transit and called me to confirm. They honored the trade in price they quoted without a problem. Bobs Watches in California is notorious for changing the trade in value after receiving the watch. That didn't happen here with Swiss Watch Expo.
